Information on this site, including service descriptions, timelines, and price ranges, is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Scope, pricing, and commitments for any project are defined in a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to KayMind / New Bay Corporation. Ownership of work product created during an engagement, including source code, deployment access, and licensing, is defined in the project agreement.
4. Confidentiality
We treat information shared with us during inquiries and projects as confidential and expect the same in return. Specific confidentiality terms are set in the engagement agreement.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KayMind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability relating to a project is governed by that project's agreement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
