Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This policy describes uses that are not permitted for systems KayMind builds or operates. It protects our clients, their users, and the integrity of the systems we deliver.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use, or allow others to use, systems built or operated by KayMind to:

  • Break the law, or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Generate or distribute content that exploits or harms minors.
  • Produce malware, conduct intrusion, or compromise the security of any system or network.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or violate the privacy of others.
  • Generate deceptive content intended to defraud, impersonate, or mislead, including for disinformation.
  • Process personal data without a lawful basis, or in violation of applicable privacy law.
  • Attempt to circumvent the safety, rate, or usage controls built into a system.
  • Use AI outputs for fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight, where the law requires it.

Safeguards and response

We design systems with safeguards, human review where it matters, and usage controls. Where we become aware of use that violates this policy, we will work with the client to address it, and may suspend support for clearly unlawful or harmful use.
