KayMind designs, builds, deploys, and supports custom software systems — internal tools, workflow platforms, dashboards, and customer-facing products — with modern AI built in where it earns its place. We work from the business problem backward, and we stay involved after launch.

We work across finance and lending, e-commerce, gaming, SaaS, and operations-heavy businesses — sectors where software touches revenue, support, and day-to-day decisions.

KayMind was founded in 2025 and is operated by New Bay Corporation, a United States company. Each engagement is led by a focused delivery team across product, engineering, design, and deployment, supported by a wider network of engineers — many based in the U.S. and the San Francisco Bay Area — working remotely. We define scope, users, data, and acceptance criteria before building, deliver working software with documentation and handover, and support it as real usage reveals what matters.

Our team has shipped games, run e-commerce growth, and built software through two waves of change — the software era and now the AI one. That history led us to a simple conviction.

The deep work in AI happens at the foundation — the algorithms and the large models that a few companies are building. We think the more useful work, for most companies, sits one level up: turning that foundation into systems an ordinary business can actually use. If the models are the trunk, we want to be the branches — the layer that lets smaller companies put out leaves, and eventually fruit.

That's the work we chose. Not the fastest way to earn from traffic, but the one we think matters more.
